Finis TopNotch is an automatic onion peeler. Onions are fed by an automatic feeding belt and have to be positioned top-tail wise, by hand or automatically.

Due to the design of the 3 machines the cleaning and maintenance is very easy but most of all it creates the perfect even ring from different kind of products.

One of the exclusive products which can be obtained with the onion peeler from Finis are the special tailor made onions. We notch around the root and from the root towards the tail. After we peel by air. The end result is a peeled onion without cutting both ends of the onion. The shelf life can go up to 3 or 4 weeks unpacked.

The Pepper by Finis has been specifically designed for the coring and halving or quartering of peppers. Thanks to the simple but steady innovation, we can achieve a high-quality end-product with an extended shelf-life. The machine can not only core the peppers but can also half or quarter them.
